- Service: Open weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and by special appointment. Our in-house lab is located within the office complex situated at 79 Prince Edward Street, Saint John N.B. Your sample is received in the same location where it will be processed. This significantly reduces the elapsed time between sample receipt and examination. It also minimizes unpredictable changes as a result of sample storage at remote drop-off locations.
- Convenience: DCS Laboratory Services is conveniently located in uptown Saint John, with ample free parking and distinctive signage making our location easily identifiable from the street.
- Follow-Up: In the event of a positive test for E.coli, you will be contacted by staff from DCS Labs. If questions arise regarding your test results, competent technical staff are on-site and are ready to immediately address your concerns. As well, depending on the test and result, DCS staff may be able to recommend a course of corrective action.
